Conclusion

This is no easy part of the journey. But of all the steps, it's crucial that you learn to navigate these places from your past. Without the freedom from where you've been, you'll find it next to impossible to discover where (or who) you are in the present and to find the fullness of God's promise in the places you're going.

Keep trusting God as you find healing from your past, and don't be afraid. Remember, God will complete every good work He begins in you (Philippians 1:6), He won't give you more than you can handle (1 Corinthians 10:13), and He will bring all of His promises to fulfillment (Deuteronomy 7:9).
