Expressions of Anger
There are many ways in which we typically respond to our anger, such as withdrawal, bursting out, violence, criticism, sarcasm, tension and stress, internal conversations, apathy, and entitlement, to name just a few. We won’t touch on every expression individually, but rather let's categorize them into four distinctive expressions: exploding, imploding, assertiveness, and letting go. Let’s talk briefly about each of these, along with their consequences (either positive or negative).
